Today I completed your initial complete pest control service. I installed a total of 24 termite stations on the outside of your home as well as the detached garage. I then placed above ground stations around the areas that had termite damage. Two areas where spotted and that was the basement and detached garage, we will be back in 30 day to inspect and monitor the stations. I then applied a liquid residual application around all outside windows, doorways, detached garage, eaves (for carpenter bees), and cracks and crevices. This will help prevent and eliminate seasonal pest activity from getting indoors. I also, put down a granular around the tree outback where carpenter ants have been seen. All visible cobwebs were knocked down. I inspected the basement for rodent activity and found droppings. Good morning Georgian. Today I completed your sentricon termite treatment. You mentioned seeing termite warmers in your living room but you cleaned them up. The picture on your phone appears to be termite swarmers. I inspected the basement. Happy to report no termite tubes at this time. The wood beams and supports don’t appear to have any damage as well. I did see mice droppings near your washer and dryer to keep that in mind. On the exterior, I installed sentricon termite bait stations around the perimeter of the home. There 11 stations. Installed at this time. We generally inspect these annually, I will set up a 30 day inspection as a courtesy inspection. Please allow up to 90 days once the termites start feeding on the bait. Today I completed your Sentricon termite bait station install and inspection. After inspected areas of concern in employee bathroom and utility closets, deceased swarmers were found on floor in closets(see pics). But nothing was found in drop ceiling. I recommend vacuuming up those and expect possibly to see more swarmers over the next few weeks. As advised, because you’re office is open with patients, we recommend scheduling a service call for us to return before you open so we can inspect the other areas, because inspecting the drop ceiling areas can be potentially dirty. I did install 38 Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior of the whole medical building. These stations will help control and monitor any termite activity, and there should be a decline in any activity in 60-90 days. These stations will be inspected at a later date.
